Shipping Information
Our shipping system monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, no matter the weather. We tuck our elegant gift boxes inside crisp, tissue paper to create the perfect gifting experience. Upon your request, we will also include a complimentary gift message.
We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Second Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Sweet Treats The Candy Jar is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day. For example, if an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday before 1 PM EST, the order will arrive the following day, which is Tuesday. If an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday after 1 PM EST, the order will arrive the following business day, which is Wednesday.
This website currently ships to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Next Day Priority, and include a $20.00 surcharge to the Standard Delivery fee. Saturday delivery to these locations is not available. Please allow up to 7-business days for these shipments. Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via Standard Shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days.
Sweet Treats The Candy Jar only ships in the US at this time.
Shipping options include:
Standard Shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days.
You may select a future arrival date up to 1 year in the future.
With this option you may select a date range only, and your order will arrive any day of the weekly range selected: Tuesday-Friday.
2nd Day: If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 2 business days.
If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day.
NOTE: Orders placed after 1pm EST on Wednesday may ship out the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday.
Next Day: If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on Tuesday.
NOTE: Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship over the weekends for arrival on Mondays.
Saturday Delivery – we are pleased to offer guaranteed Saturday delivery in most areas. Orders must be received by 1 PM EST on Friday in order to arrive the following Saturday.
